We have a fantastic opportunity for an administrator to support our team of consultants, based in our London office.


What you'll be doing
You will be an important member of the team undertaking a variety of administrative tasks, but principally focusing on:

  • Scheduling client site visits and organising the necessary documentation; setting up and maintaining project files; liaising with the operations team to ensure deadlines are met; and preparing reports for issuing to clients.
  • Acting as a key point of contact for client enquires ensuring they are handled professionally.
  • Accurately maintaining records and ensuring information is updated as required.
  • Booking travel and overnight accommodation as necessary.
  • General administrative support to the team.

Who we're looking for

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proactive and able to work to deadlines.
  • A competent user of Microsoft Office.
  • 3 years office experience.
  • Knowledge of Oracle accounting software would be an advantage.
