We have a fantastic opportunity for an administrator to support our team of consultants, based in our London office.What you'll be doing
You will be an important member of the team undertaking a variety of administrative tasks, but principally focusing on:
- Scheduling client site visits and organising the necessary documentation; setting up and maintaining project files; liaising with the operations team to ensure deadlines are met; and preparing reports for issuing to clients.
- Acting as a key point of contact for client enquires ensuring they are handled professionally.
- Accurately maintaining records and ensuring information is updated as required.
- Booking travel and overnight accommodation as necessary.
- General administrative support to the team.
Who we're looking for
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proactive and able to work to deadlines.
- A competent user of Microsoft Office.
- 3 years office experience.
- Knowledge of Oracle accounting software would be an advantage.
