We are seeking a talented and experienced Product Design Lead to join our growing team in the UK.

This is a unique opportunity to be the very first in-house designer at ChangeEngine and play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience and visual identity of our platform.

You will have the opportunity to make a significant impact from day one and lead the design efforts as we scale and grow.

Lead the product design strategy, including user experience design, visual design, and interaction design, to deliver best-in-class user interfaces.

Collaborate closely with the wider team to define design requirements and prioritize design initiatives.
Drive the development of design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency and scalability across the platform.
Establish and implement best practices for design processes, tools, and methodologies as the first in-house designer at ChangeEngine.

Conduct and utilize in-depth user research to inform design decisions, ensuring solutions are user-centered and effectively address customer needs and behaviors.

5+ years of experience in product design, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality design solutions for B2B SaaS products.

~ Strong leadership and communication skills, with experience leading design projects and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.
~ Expertise in user-centered design principles and methodologies, with a deep understanding of user experience design, information architecture, and interaction design.
~ Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
~ Experience working in a fast paced and agile environment
