    Duomo UK Ltd based in Droitwich an opportunity for a Sales Engineer/Administrator to join their team

    Our ideal candidate would be a self-motivated and proactive person with experience in a customer facing position. Typically within controls, distribution or an M&E contractor.

    An individual who can develop into an integral part of our team and develop their career.

    Duomo operate within gas industry related products which include fixed gas detection, air quality, kitchen/lab interlock systems and combustion systems.

    The Role:

    Sales Administrator role responsibilities will include:

    -Office based from our Droitwich offices.

    -Reporting to the Sales Director

    -Managing and developing customer accounts

    -Responding to Customer enquiries and producing system proposals

    -Follow up quotes

    -Maintain documentation including CRM database

    -Provide Support to manufacturing staff, sales staff, contractors and customers as requested.

    -Exhibition planning and support

    -Preparation of manuals and information documents

    The Sales Administrator is required to perform well under pressure and will handle a variety of responsibilities.

    The ideal Sales Administrator will possess:

    -Proactive approach to dealing with customers, following up quotes and proposals

    -Experience of CRM

    -Sage50 Accounts

    -Microsoft applications

    Remuneration includes:

    -Basic Salary will depend on experience

    -Contributory Pension

    -23 Days annual leave

    -35 hours p/w
