    TheOpportunity:

    Options Autism, partof Outcomes First Group, are recruiting a MaintenancePerson to join our teams withinthe Middlesex area.

    The ideal applicant forthis role will have previous experience of general maintenance andexperience of working to strict Health and Safety guidelines. You will be a proactive and personable individual who has goodworking knowledge of plant and machinery. You will have aflexible approach and will enjoy being part of a business dedicatedto the highest possible standards and best possibleoutcomes.

    We are Options for Autism, wespecialise in providing support to individuals with autism andlearning disabilities and have homes across thecountry.

    The role will involve themaintenance of the buildings, grounds and equipment to the higheststandards. As a part of this role you would be expectedto:

    • Take ownership for all workundertaken
    • Support in responding to day to dayneeds and planned maintenance, refurbishment tasks and repairs forthe home
    • General maintenance andrepairs including decorating
    • Ensuring thatbuildings and equipment have a neat and tidy appearance at alltimes and are clear of any possiblehazards.
    • Have an awareness andempathy for those entrusted within our support, carrying out dutiesbeing mindful of their needs and personalspace.
