Our Operations Support team are seeking a full-time person to join them on an exciting journey to provide a first-class service to all visitors at our locations, provide a support function to a team of Managers and support reception activity whilst working towards the achievement of all key Business objectives.


This role is client facing - welcoming visitors to our office at Reception, ensuring they are greeted appropriately and effectively and in line with SJP standards.


What you'll be doing:


  • Reception Duties meeting and greeting, directing visitors appropriately, answering phone calls and general housekeeping of Reception.
  • Assisting with diary management, meeting scheduling, creating meeting packs.
  • Supporting the team with preparing communications using MS Office.
  • Supporting events taking place in the location.
  • Dealing effectively with key stakeholders within the business visiting the location or on the phone.

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Previous Reception experience, preferably within a Corporate environment.
  • Ability to build strong relationships by employing a broad range of communication techniques.
  • Strong administration skills, with good knowledge of Microsoft packages, such as Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Willingness to make own decisions on prioritising workload and taking responsibility for own tasks.
