- Define attraction and selection activities for the vacancies in your care, ensuring role aligned and effective recruitment at all times.
- Developing solid relationships with hiring managers to deliver an exceptional recruitment service, leading the end to end recruitment process.
- Providing insight, data and candidate feedback to advise and guide decision making.
- Build strong and diverse candidates talent pools to support our direct attraction strategy.
- Identify creative candidate sourcing mediums to ensure an appropriate flow of suitable candidates.
- Get involved in projects and initiatives, supporting our Talent Acquisition strategy.
- Non-Contributory Pension – 10% (increasing with length of service up to 15%) with further pension matching.
