    We understand that Talent Acquisition ismore than just a recruitment process. As a team, we deliver a 360-degreerecruitment service to the business, and we are now recruiting for a TalentAcquisition Partner to join us.
    With experience gained in an in-houseenvironment as a Resourcing Consultant, Talent Acquisition Specialist orsimilar, you will be skilled at direct sourcing activities and passionate aboutdelivering a positive candidate experience.

    Here are some of the key things we takeaccountability for:

  • Define attraction and selection activities for the vacancies in your care, ensuring role aligned and effective recruitment at all times.
  • Developing solid relationships with hiring managers to deliver an exceptional recruitment service, leading the end to end recruitment process.
  • Providing insight, data and candidate feedback to advise and guide decision making.
  • Build strong and diverse candidates talent pools to support our direct attraction strategy.
  • Identify creative candidate sourcing mediums to ensure an appropriate flow of suitable candidates.
  • Get involved in projects and initiatives, supporting our Talent Acquisition strategy.
  • About you

    We're looking for someone who is curious tounderstand the business areas that they are working with and ready to tell thatstory through effective advertising, creative attraction methods and proactivecandidate engagement.

    With demonstrable experience in an in houserecruitment environment and being responsible for the full recruitment process,you will have with first class customer and candidate management skills.
