Description
Arcus Facilities Management are currently looking for an Operations Manager, to join us on a permanent basis, that will be responsible for all work directed through the minor works department.
~ Salary:Up to £65,000 per annum, depending on experience
~ Car allowance:
£20% bonus, subject to achievement of targets
~ Group personal pension scheme of matched contributions between 5% and 6%
~25 days annual leave, plus bank holidays
The successful candidate will be expected to own the end to-end delivery of this work stream, liaise with departments across mobile delivery and have a good network within the approved subcontractors.
The department is a business unit with its own P&L with the expectation that the role is responsible for delivering, building and shaping the changes to enable sustainable growth and service required within this area.
Extensive experience of working in retail FM service and maintenance delivery or a projects environmentExtensive hands-on working experience
A proven track record within a management role in the engineering and building fabric services with the retail sector or projects role
Ability to identify and implement innovative and effective business improvements
Travel within this position in essential, so a full UK driving licence is required
The successful candidate will also be expected to work out of our Redditch office 2/3 days per week
