We are currently seeking a highly driven and results-oriented individual to join Shutterstock's Commercial Operations team as a Sales Operations & Analytics Associate.

In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our Commercial Sales efforts by providing actionable insights, supporting sales objectives, optimizing processes, and contributing to the overall success of the team.

Assist in the development of the sales forecasts using historical data, pipeline, run-rate, and market trends.
including, but not limited to, bookings results, gaps to forecast, and weekly pipeline analysis.
Track progress against established KPIs, while identifying trends, opportunities, and risks.

Efficiently handle ad-hoc data requests from sales partners, while concurrently exploring opportunities for automation and scalability in addressing future requests.

Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the sales systems and CRM (Salesforce).

Collaborate with finance, marketing, business intelligence, and other departments to gather relevant data in support of the sales organization.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, or a related field.
4+ years related work experience in sales operations, sales strategy, analytics, or similar role.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and ability to turn data into insights & actions.
Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tech stacks (preferably Salesforce, Tableau/Looker, SalesLoft)
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Workspace (proficient in Excel/Sheets & PowerPoint/Slides)
