Peabodyhas an exciting opportunity for an
Electrical Contract Manager Deliveryto join us on a
full time, permanent basis at our Westminster Bridge Road in
South East London. In return, you will receive a competitive salary of
£63,070 per annum.


As our
Electrical Contract Manager Delivery, you will be part of our electrical engineering delivery team, this will involve working closely with colleagues around the business as well as with third party contractors and consultants to providea capital investment and planned and reactive maintenance programme relating to our electrical systems and assets.

The role will also include some management of related building services engineering and compliance workstreams such as asbestos management andheight safety systems management.


What we're looking for in our Electrical Contract Manager Delivery:

  • Experience in Contracts Management or similar roles including management of third party contractors and consultants
  • Expert knowledge of electrical engineering systems
  • Broad knowledge of building services engineering, safety and compliance work.
  • Experience in implementing and using complex data management tools to analyse data and manage performance
  • Experience in management and leadership

What you can expect to be doing as our Electrical Contract Manager Delivery:

  • Ensuring the provision of excellent customer service and experience to all stakeholders to maximise customer satisfaction
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support our customers
  • Advising and supporting our customers in resolving their queries and issues, ensuring that their expectations are managed and proactive resolutions are identified
  • Updating and maintaining systems/ records to ensure that information/data is kept up to date and accurate and that KPI's are met
  • Following Peabody Health and Safety policies and procedures to ensure, as far as is practicable, your own safety and that of others in the workplace
  • Ensuring that Peabody's electrical assets are maintained and invested in, to a high standard
  • Undertaking any other reasonable duties as required by the Assistant Director of Asset Compliance or their nominees, which may include working outside normal working hours
