I am supporting an award-winning, national professional services organisation in their search for anInternal Communications Manager who will be based in one of their Kent based offices on a hybrid working basis.

Day to day duties of the Internal Communications Manager:

  • Manage the internal communication strategy and create communication plans
  • Create engaging communications, content and campaigns
  • Create digital content and copywrite for internal communications and external communications
  • Organise internal campaigns and events, including webinars
  • Regular reporting with analysis and recommendations based on internal metrics
  • Collate feedback from staff regarding internal communications and issues.
Skills and Experience required for the Internal Communications Manager role:

  • Demonstrable multichannel internal communications experience
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Strong copywriting skills
  • Strong organisational skills
