Licensed Residential Conveyancer OR Locum Residential Conveyancer

Location - Rotherham

Salary - up to £40,000, potentially negotiable depending on experience.

Office based position with the potential to hybrid working in the future.
Our client is now looking for a Licensed Residential Conveyancer OR Locum Residential Conveyancer to join their busy team. Ideally, due to the volume of their workload, they are looking for someone who can start immediately.

Some of your day-today duties will include:

  • Title checking
  • Managing a caseload from inception to completion
  • Dealing with clients
  • Managing junior staff
