As part of an exciting growth plan, our exclusive client is seeking to appoint a Head of Finance.

This is a newly created role designed with succession planning in mind - they are keen to appoint someone ambitious to succeed to CFO position within the shortto medium term.

Reporting to the current CFO and working closely with the Chief Executive and as part of the Senior Leadership Team this is a critical role with a broad remit.

You will have the opportunity to:

Develop the current accounting processes including driving efficiencies
Transform the management information/KPI reporting enabling positive change within the organisation
Assess and mould the current finance function and structure with a view to future proofing capability and capacity through planned growth phases

To be considered for this role you should be:

A Qualified Accountant (CIMA/ACCA/ACA) with a progressive career to date
Proven experience in a senior finance/management role
Ability to communicate and influence at all levels including presenting at board level
Genuine desire to add value to the organisation

This role has a good balance between hands on and organisational influence and should appeal to you if you are looking for a carte blanche opportunity to prove yourself before moving into a more strategic level role.
