    What you'll be doing:

    • Collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
    • Sourcing candidates through various channels, including job boards, LinkedIn, and proactive outreach.
    • Screening resumes and conducting initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications.
    • Managing the end-to-end candidate journey, including scheduling, logistics, and candidate communication/feedback.
    • Negotiating offers and managing the offer process to ensure a smooth candidate experience.
    • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

    What you'll need:

    • Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment - 1+ years.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
    • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
    • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
    • Knowledge of sourcing techniques and strategies for identifying top talent.
