My client are a large, well established online retailer looking for an experienced Ecommerce Manager to join their successful team You MUST have previous experience overseeing a team within the Ecommerce and fashion industry.

Daily duties will include:


  • Strategically position the brand and product initiatives in the US, UK & Germany region with a mindset to ensure product investments are made taking into consideration consumer motivation and market trends.
  • Responsible for indepth category and shopper understanding and insights at a micro and macro level.
  • Collaborate with other teams including our buying department and customer service
  • Create, implement and execute a digital first strategy to increase brand and product consideration.
  • Establish, set and monitor KPI metrics related to P&L, acquisition and engagement.
  • Oversee customer acquisition strategies including the following platforms: Facebook, Instagram & TikTok, Google & YouTube, paid social advertising, Affiliate marketing, SEO
  • Digital partnerships, collaborations and influencer marketing.
  • Oversee our website experience and ecommerce activities, improving and monitoring conversion rate.
  • Report on, manage and improve analytics and insight.
  • Continue to review and evolve efficient processes to ensure team can execute tasks effectively taking into consideration key priorities and deliverables.
  • Demonstrate people leadership through annual goal setting, one to ones, skip Level interactions, half yearly appraisal, development goals, coaching and mentoring to support team engagement and to develop a high performing team culture.
  • Ad hoc duties as required.

Experience needed:


  • Outstanding people management, with demonstrable experience in managing and leading complex teams, nurturing talent and driving a highperformance culture.
  • Strong EQ, with great interpersonal and communication abilities (written and oral);
- skilled in communicating with diverse settings, both 1:1 and in large groups)

  • Think deeply about organizational design and team building both at a macro and micro level.
  • Must have experience in womens wear
