We are currently seeking an experienced Production Operative to join a rapidly growing business that is relocating to Wincanton. As part of a small team within a family run company, you will play a crucial role in their growth story as a passionate, quality-driven, and environmentally friendly food manufacturer. You will receive training at their current location in Wiltshire, with travel costs covered.
Key Responsibilities:
We are looking for an experienced Production Operative with a proven track record in manufacturing, ideally within the food industry. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail are essential, as well as a willingness to learn and adapt. While not required, possessing a Food Hygiene qualification, HACCP training, or an FLT licence will be advantageous.
