We are currently expanding our Switch and Crossing (S&C) operations and are now looking to recruit full time S & C Assembly Operatives.

Role

The role includes the efficient assembly of S&C layouts in accordance with all relevant specifications, standards and HSEQ regulations and guidelines.

Experience would be preferred, however we can provide training if you have the required skills.

Required Skills:

Some experience in manufacturing ideally with proven product and industry knowledge.
Ability to follow all reasonable work instructions
Ability to act decisively and solve problems.
Attention to detail to ensure high levels of quality.
Ability to communicate clearly and persuasively with your colleagues.
Able to work to production timescales and achieve deadlines.
Work in a logical, systematic manner.
Working knowledge of quality, health, safety and environmental requirements.
Willing to learn and undertake training in order to develop full potential.
