Preferred Qualifications:

Development experience specific to implementation of the ITSM module in ServiceNowMinimum 4 years of experience in ITSMAt least 3 years of experience with ServiceNow.

Recent experience in senior development lead roles.

Configure the ServiceNow solution to meet identified business requirements,process guides and functional requirementsSolid ServiceNow development experienceResponsible for ServiceNow platform Administration, Development, Documentation and Technical supportConfigure/Customize ServiceNow including Workflows, Service Catalog, UI, Client scripts, Business rules, UI Actions, Script Includes etc.

Experience in Web development languages, specifically JavaScript, XML, AngularJS, Bootstrap, Jelly, and HTML/CSSExperience in Web Service integrations using SOAP, REST, JSON, etc.

Participation in the full software development life cycle:
Analysis, Design, Coding, Testing and promotion into ProductionExperience with relational database systems and MS SQL queriesTelecom domain experience is a MustEnglish language required
