    Our client, a rapidly expanding technology company specialising in the defence sector, are hiring for a Salesforce Administrator to lead their CRM transition from Salesforce to HubSpot. You will play a pivotal role in the seamless transfer and management of CRM data.

    Responsibilities

    CRM Migration

    • Lead the migration of all data (contact, company, asset register, warranty, pricing, part numbers, quote calculators, entitlements) from Salesforce to HubSpot, ensuring a smooth and accurate transfer.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data dependencies and business requirements.
    • Implement best practices to maintain data integrity throughout the migration process.

    Data Segmentation and Cleaning

    • Develop and implement a data segmentation strategy within HubSpot to enhance targeted marketing efforts.
    • Execute data cleansing activities to ensure the accuracy and completeness of information.
    • Work closely with stakeholders to identify and address data quality issues promptly.

    System Optimisation

    • Continuously optimize HubSpot to meet evolving business needs and improve user experience.
    • Implement automation processes to streamline CRM operations and enhance overall efficiency.
    • Provide training and support to team members to maximize the utilization of HubSpot's capabilities

    Requirements

    • Detailed and forensic knowledge of using Salesforce.
    • Familiarity or willingness to embrace and use HubSpot (CMS Enterprise, HubDB, Marketing Pro, Sales Pro, Service Pro
    • Proven knowledge of resolving errors, picklist faults, duplication rules, merging accounts and contact
    • Demonstrated success in leading CRM data migrations, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
    • Strong understanding of data segmentation strategies and data cleansing best practice
    • Experience in optimizing CRM systems for efficiency and user experience.
    • Familiarity with email marketing and campaign management within a CRM platform.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.
    • Demonstrable commercial judgment, attention to detail, and analytical correctness.

    This is a full-time position, working Monday to Friday. This role will be working from the Cambridge office 2/3 days a week with the rest being worked from home.
