- Working from engineering drawings and work instructions, ensuring a high caliber of quality is followed at all times.
- To manufacture and develop trim jigs for the 5 Axis machines.
- To dress and mount vac form tooling as required.
- To hand trim components for FAS and 5 Axis teaching aid.
- To produce all seat plastics components to the highest quality standard, including but not restricted to the following processes (scraping, tool making, Vacuum forming, Trimming, Gluing)
- To ensure the workshop is maintained to a safe standard in accordance with company EH&S policies/procedures.
- Previous experience within Assembly or Fitting
- Manual Dexterity
- High attention to detail.
- To be competent and proficient in the use of all workshop machinery through the company training program.
- Previous experience within production environment with regular hand tools.
