Description

Artsy Framing and Gifts is a fast paced, quick turnaround, framers, laser etchers, and embroiderers selling to both the public and the professional football market.

We create everything onsite so the role is varied day to day but can involve repetitive production jobs for large orders.

You will be required to operate machinery to help cut and pin frames, made of wood and plastic. The framing boxes are larger heavy and cumbersome so a good level of fitness will be required. You will be required to operate mount cutting machinery to cut the mounts for the frames. Sticking double mounts together involves a keen eye for detail.

We have three c02 laser etching machines that are used to create personalised product sold mainly on etsy, each job has a set delivery date and these cannot be missed so a good production ethic is a bonus.

We are a small team so good teamwork is a must. It is often a fast paced environment so the ability to work under pressure would be required.
Hours are Monday to Friday 8.30am-5pm but extra hours may be required when the work requires.
Standard holiday entitlement is 20 days a year (April-March) plus all bank holidays. We are closed during Christmas and New Year so some days holidays may need to be used for this.
Payday is the 1st of every month paid via BACs in a UK bank account
