Responsibilities

• Handlingcustoms clearances accurately andtimely.
• Liaising with internal teams (both UKand international) & external suppliers to ensure on timedelivery to customers.
• Maintain accurate anduptodate records of shipping documents invoices and relatedpaperwork.
• Maintain regular communication withcustomers to ensure they have the uptodate status of allmovements.
• Invoicing in a timely and precisemanner including processing purchase invoices and immediatepayments.
• Proactively identify and implementprocess improvements to enhance operational efficiency and customerexperience.
• Ensuring admin tasks are kept up todate.
