Healthcare Management Solutions (HCMS) provides Care Home Owners, Operators, Investors, Banks and Insolvency Practitioners with a one-stop solution to the care home sector.

From our dedicated Head Office we operate a team of Regional Managers, Consultants and Support Professionals.

We are currently seeking a property services Co-Ordinator to join our team on a full time basis.

  • Coordinating and liaising with clients on a regular basis
  • Coordinating the work flow within the facilities team and make sure all deadlines are adhered too.
  • All administrative tasks as requested
  • Assisting and updating policies and procedures for the quality manual
You will need to have a strong eye for detail and be confident whilst speaking to internal colleagues and external companies over the telephone
