    The successful Marketing Associate will initiate and drive the introduction of globally developed marketing commercial programs and initiatives, promoting our world class products and services, as we continue to evolve for our customers, so we remain at the forefront of our industry.

  • Role Purpose:

    The Marketing Associate initiates and drives the introduction of globally developed marketing commercial programs and initiatives.

    About The Role:

  • Co-ordinating and driving customer marketing online/offline activities
  • Supports Customer Success topics and partnership programs.
  • Daily management of third party supplier processes and payments
  • Supports and anchors commercial marketing campaigns.
  • Organises and sets up on site customer visits.
  • Event support pre, post and during the event (requires national and international travel).
  • Co-ordination of event materials & kit
  • Co-ordination of Sonova Professional Courses
  • Day to day upkeep of Marketing Hub (stock, usage etc)
  • SFDC champion- email, data extensions etc.
  • Supports and implements marketing activities to promote products and services across relevant channels.
  • Supports Customer Success topics and partnership programs.
  • Organises and attends regular offsite customer visits and events.
  • Works closely with third party providers.
  • Co-ordinates daily activities to support key initiatives.
  • Creates and maintains excellent relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Demonstrates a continuous improvement and growth mindset.
  • Any other duties as deemed appropriate, in line with business needs

    Maths, English A Level or equivalent

    Experience

    SAP, Salesforce

    <5 years commercial, marketing or audiology experience
