- Provide advice through suitability letters and reports while maintaining productivity levels.
- Ensure compliance with company standards in all reports.
- Conduct thorough product and fund research and documentation.
- Obtain necessary information from providers and handle relevant forms and documentation.
- Establish client expectations with product providers and source necessary documents.
- Set up Letters of Authority and oversee fee collection.
- Prepare and issue reports promptly and accurately.
- Support case work considered urgent and ensure all recommendations are error-free.
- Maintain CRM software and document management systems.
- Perform other duties to support company operations.

Our client is a reputable firm with years of experience in financial planning, offering expert advice in various areas such as investments, taxes, pensions, wills, and trusts.
Responsibilities:
Requirements:
We are looking for a Paraplanner with at least 2 years of experience and a Diploma qualification or equivalent. Strong research and analytical skills are essential, along with knowledge of financial products like Life Insurance, Personal Pensions, and Investments. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a team and communicating with clients directly. Familiarity with tools such as Intelligent Office, FE Analytics, or Voyant is a plus.
