Look no further Our prestigious international boarding school is seeking a dedicated House Parent who can also serve as an expert Hockey Instructor.

    Position: House Parent & Hockey Instructor

    Responsibilities:

    As a House Parent:

    ·Create a supportive and inclusive living environment within the boarding house.

    ·Supervise and mentor students outside of school hours, fostering personal growth and well-being.

    ·Participate in extracurricular activities, outings, and events.

    ·Collaborate with colleagues to ensure the safety and welfare of all students.

    ·Serve as a role model and advocate for the school's values and ethos.

    As a Hockey Instructor:

    ·Develop and implement engaging and skill-building hockey programs for students of varying levels.

    ·Provide both individual and team coaching sessions, focusing on technique, strategy, and sportsmanship.

    ·Organise inter-school and inter- house matches and tournaments.

    ·Instill a passion for the sport and promote teamwork, resilience, and fair play among students.

    Qualifications:

    ·Bachelor's degree in Education, Sports Science, or related field (preferred).

    ·Experience working with adolescents in an educational or residential setting.

    ·Strong communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.

    ·Commitment to fostering a supportive and inclusive community.

    Hours of work:

    37 weeks per year: (term time only) + 3 weeks (half terms – leading trips around the world)+ 1 week training
