The Job IT Production Operative

LOOP8 specialises in the refurbishment and resale of IT Hardware such as Laptops, Desktop PCs and Tablets.

We work in partnership with trusted suppliers to ensure that only the best quality, low-cost stock is shipped to our customers.

Provide high quality, low-cost IT equipment to our clients

• Promote a green agenda through the reuse of electronic devices and use of minimal recycled packaging
• Our commercial and retail clients engage with us through multiple on-line sales channels, including Amazon, Ebay, OnBuy and through our own website . We are also an approved Microsoft Authorised Refurbisher.

Established in 2018 by 3 former colleagues with over 30 years' combined experience within the IT industry, we are a young, ambitious business that has doubled our revenue year on year.

With your help we will be looking to double our revenue again this financial year as we recently moved into a new, larger warehouse.

You will be working with a small team, we have recently moved into a brand-new facility on the Sky Business Park, you will have the opportunity to help shape the processes and support growth of the business.

The role will involve all aspects of warehousing, logistics, packaging and system administration.

You will oversee and be accountable for the extensive quality checks of all incoming stock that is completed to the highest standards.

As a Microsoft Authorised Refurbisher, we are approved to pre-install and sell Microsoft Windows Licenses, which means we adhere to all the necessary quality guidelines set by Microsoft.

PC Deployment\Installation; building laptop/desktop

• Working to set production orders
• Hardware Auditing & Quality control of stock
• Effective management of inventory, stock and returns using our inventory system
• Assist with packing and logistics
• System administration and audit data analysis
• We are looking for a candidate with some experience of working in an e-commerce or inventory management environment. PC literate, experience in Microsoft software
• Experience of inventory management systems
• Technical knowledge of IT (PC's, Laptops and Tablets)
