What we are looking for :
Local to the area and ideal with own transport
High level and stable background in quality led operations with volume events or 5* Banqueting
Knowledge of British and some International cuisines
Capable of leading the small team in prep and event work
Creative and experienced in office work, seasonal menus and kitchen financials.
Previous experience as Chef de Partie

You must be eligible to live and work in the UK for this position and within commutable distance to the business.
