    What you'll do:

    Develop and oversee a comprehensive strategy for integrating our product with major insurance core systems and components

    Ensure compatibility and efficient interoperability between systems.

    Work with customers, users and internal parties to truly understand, map and prioritize customer and user needs

    Manage the entire product lifecycle to ensure the required feature set and desired functionality are delivered

    Surface new opportunities for providing value to our customers

    Drive the product planning and design process by working closely with clients, client services, sales, marketing, engineering, business and partners

    Help communicate the product benefits, functionality and value proposition to internal team members and potential customers

    Position Intro:

    We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Manager to join our team at Earnix. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in the insurance domain, demonstrating expertise in policy administration systems within an Insurance organisation and ideally familiarity (not necessarily expertise) with Guidewire integration.

    You'll do it using:

    Extensive experience in the Insurance space

    Proven experience as a Product Manager, Business Analyst, or Technical Consultant.

    You will have a familiarity with policy administration systems and integration, specifically Guidewire.

    Ideally, you will have worked as a Business Analyst

    You'll excel by:

    Deep knowledge of software development processes and methodologies.

    An In-depth understanding of the insurance industry, with a focus on policy administration.

    Strong understanding of insurance core systems like Guidewire, Duck Creek, Sapiens, and Majesco.

    Familiarity with Guidewire integration is preferred but not mandatory.

    Proficient in integrating RESTful APIs and familiar with modern web service architectures.

    Comfortable engaging with C-suite customers, and acting as a consultant in client-facing interactions.

    Experience in designing processes related to requirements, implementation, and integration.

    Being able to effectively communicate and collaborate with development teams to implement and consume requirements.

    Proficient in crafting and managing statements of works to clearly outline project scopes.

    You'll be diligent and organized in writing requirements, ideally leveraging a business analyst background.
