    We are working with a renowned global company with a portfolio of 30 esteemed brands, spanning across 70 countries worldwide.

    As they continue to invest in enhancing their customer experience and refining their operational systems, we're seeking a talented Business Analyst to join the team.

    As a Business Analyst, you'll play a crucial role in understanding and addressing business needs by leveraging technology solutions.

    Your responsibilities will include refining customer service, supporting business growth, and improving operational efficiency.

    You'll be encouraged to actively engage with stakeholders to identify true business requirements and ensure successful implementation of solutions.

    Collaboration with diverse teams across the globe will be key as you work towards streamlining processes and gaining local market advantages.

    Joining a new programme of work in the very early stages and playing a key part on the upcoming 'Northstar' project
    Analysing and documenting business requirements accurately and efficiently.
    Seeking opportunities to optimise existing processes and align business and system processes for increased efficiency.
    Building strong relationships with stakeholders and prioritising system deliverables.
    Acting as a liaison between business stakeholders, development teams, and third-party collaborators.
    Providing support and training post-implementation to ensure smooth transition and user adoption.

    To excel in this role, you'll need:

    Experience working in the digital marketing and customer experience space.
    Initiative and drive to overcome challenges and see projects through to completion.
    Familiarity with Agile methodology and experience with user story management.
    A collaborative mindset and a keen understanding of business and technology dynamics.

    Pension: 4%
