Description
We are looking for an experienced Strategic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join the HR team. This is a standalone role where you will own and take responsibility for the full recruitment cycle. You will be hiring at all levels including senior roles and graduates.This is a hybrid position working three days in the office and two days from home.
Purpose of role To carry out Recruitment activities across the business, fulfilling organisational needs in line with the company strategy and future goals.
You will help grow talent in the company by identifying, assessing and securing top candidates in a fiercely competitive market.
Working with hiring managers to improve hiring strategies and training them on best practices.Responsibilities Responsible for coordinating strategic recruitment needs across the business and direct hiring within the UK and the USBuild successful relationships with hiring managers by conducting regular meetings to ensure clear expectations and plansAssist hiring managers create job descriptions that reflect the requirements for the position they are hiringCompile lists of most suitable candidates by assessing CV's and conducting screening callsMaintain and implement end-to-end hiring processes to ensure a positive experience for candidates in all regions and to best meet the companies hiring strategy Roll out Recruitment process with quarterly workshops to ensure hiring managers, interviewers and those new to the interview process are working to best practiceMaintain records of all candidate details, interview notes and related paperworkProvide advice and support to regional recruiters on any of the recruitment processDevelop and build a successful applicant/candidate network through advertising on company website, social media platforms, headhunting and networkingPromote Employee Referral initiative to further enhance candidate interestWork with Marketing to promote Employer Branding in order to meet the hiring strategyLead the UK Graduate Program recruitment campaign ensuring brochure details are current, the application process is maintained, shortlisted candidates are screened and facilitate Assessment DaysSupport regions with Early Careers Programs and offer advice and directionQualifications Bachelor's degree or CIPD qualificationSkills and Experience Five years' experience in a talent acquisition or similar roleExperience in full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methodsProficiency with social media, CV databases, and professional networksExperience in using LinkedIn Recruiter to proactively source candidatesProficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trendsExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsExperience of maintaining a recruitment database of candidatesAttributes Able to build trust through open and transparent communicationReliable and dedicated to deliver on promises and commitments.
