They have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Security Officer to join the Security Team in their five-star deluxe residential property based in London.
About the Role
Taking direction from the Security Manager, you will run the security operation of the building, ensuring the safety of residents and colleagues at all times.
You should have a friendly and welcoming manner and genuinely care about providing five-star serviceto residents and colleagues, as well as holding a current SIA licence.
You will have experience of working with security systems, including CCTV, have excellent customer service skills and be expected to show initiative and the ability to respond effectively to any issues or emergency situations which may arise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Protection of property
- CCTV Monitoring
- Alarm Monitoring
- Visitor Liaising
- Frontofhouse duties
- Security Deterrent
- Customer liaison and assistance with all inquiries
- Problem identification and resolution in accordance with standard operating procedures
- Maintenance and filing of required documentation
- Preparing and submitting accurate and timely reports of daily security activities
- SIA licence
- Background in security within a luxury service environment is desirable
- Understanding of excellent customer service in a fivestar operation
- Exceptional communication skills
- A good knowledge of best practice security standards and procedures
- Strong work ethics, honesty and integrity
