    As a new school within a highly aspirational and academically successful multi-academy Trust, Ada Lovelace CE High School offers comprehensive CPD, exciting development opportunities and good promotion prospects for its teachers.

    The school, now in its fifth year, moved to its brand new permanent site in north Ealing in September 2020.

    The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving outstanding outcomes in the curriculum and assessment and wider curricular offer within the Maths department.

    He/she will be responsible for developing an outreach programme with our feeder primary schools.

    The post-holder will be joining an innovative, ambitious and energetic staff group that seeks to deliver an outstanding curriculum, and they will be well supported by an experienced Senior Leadership Team.

    The Twyford Trust is particularly committed to achieving high standards in the teaching of modern foreign languages and achieves outstanding outcomes and a very high entry rate in this subject area.

    A good degree and Qualified Teacher Status

    The successful applicant will be required to undergo the child protection screening appropriate to the post, including an enhanced disclosure from the DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) and references from previous employers.

    The post-holder will also be expected to read and adhere to the Trust's Child Protection Policy, and any other Safeguarding documents stated within this.

    Ada Lovelace Church of England High School opened in September 2018 and has had a smaller intake (125 students per year) for two years while co-located at William Perkin Church of England High School - an Ofsted Outstanding school - in Greenford.

    The school moved to its brand new permanent site in north Ealing in September 2020. It now has six year groups and the school will have 1100 students when full.

    Ada Lovelace is named after the Victorian pioneer of computing – it has a specialism in digital technologies and will provide di fferent routes from Year 7 in ICT and Computer Science as well as applications of Creative Media.

    The Trust was established in October 2011 to enable our heavily oversubscribed existing school, Twyford CE High School, to build on its successes and look outward to the large number of parents who were eager to become part of its community.

    Over a 10 year period it launched three new schools Ealing Fields, William Perkin and Ada Lovelace all of which have achieved progress outcomes ranking them in the top 1% of schools nationally, making TCEAT the highest attaining Trust in the UK including the progress made by disadvantaged students.

    The Trust also runs Teach West London, a professional hub for teacher training and development with outreach to over 300 schools.
