- Support the implementation of the Quality Management System throughout the site, including business accreditations.
- Develop and maintain the Quality Manuals and Procedures to ensure they are suitable for the business.
- Maintain site accreditations (VDA, IATF, CQC, VSCC) and perform audits as necessary.
- Manage the internal audit system and corrective action reporting.
- Conduct Quality Systems audits and provide guidance to auditors.
Host external Quality System audits. - Provide training on Quality Systems and business processes.
- Coordinate reviews and updates to business procedures.
- Maintain Standard Operating Procedure content and oversee document issuance.
- Support other areas of the business in developing and maintaining relevant procedures.
- Assist in quality awareness training.
- Report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to prevent non-conformities.
- Support activities for the QMS and quality improvements.
- Lead process improvement initiatives.
- Write reports and present progress to Senior Management.
- Lead Auditor IATF 16949 & VDA
- Experience in successfully implementing IATF certification.
- Self-driven and motivated.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Assertive, resilient, and adaptable to change.
- Ability to engage and work with individuals at all levels within the organization.

Quality Systems Engineer
Role Overview
Responsible for maintaining the Quality Management System (QMS), aligning procedures and processes with the rest of the operations team. Leading and conducting audits throughout the business areas and providing training on Quality Management System best practices.
