- Working closely with the accounts and operations teams to develop procurement strategies and provide solutions to clients globally
- Focusing on hard FM procurement
- Attending client business meetings
- Ensuring client needs are understood and met in relation to the procurement strategy
- Ensuring optimal solutions are implemented in reference to the individual clients needs
- Working closely with contract managers to implement cost saving initiatives
- Attending monthly senior procurement and board meetings to deliver updates and results
- 7+ years of FM procurement experience
- Experience working in hard FM services
- Bachelors degree
- CIPS certification
- Experience in a client interfacing position
- Experience developing and implementing procurement strategies
