- Act as or support the Service Provider Representative on key operational contracts.
- Ensure the developer meets its obligations under each service delivery contract.
- Create procurement strategies, including contract drafting and negotiation.
- Develop and manage multiple large-scale budgets, including monthly re-forecasts and reporting of performance at senior management and board level.
- Work with colleagues and stakeholders across the wide business to develop solutions to complex technical and commercial matters.
- Supporting O&M and Asset Management strategies and process development programmes.
- Maximise value and revenue through each agreement.
- Engage and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
- Degree or relevant equivalent in quantity surveying, contract / commercial management or similar subject.
- Experience managing complex contracts within the renewable energy sector, particularly within offshore wind.
- General understanding of energy markets, infrastructure and associated regulation and policy.
- Experience and thorough knowledge of SPV or JV company governance is essential.
- Competent in all pre-contract activities including the creation of procurement strategies, contract negotiation, and contract award.
- Experienced in monthly financial and accounts management processes.
- Commercial management skills capable of developing and managing multiple largescale budgets, including re-forecasts and reporting.
- Experienced in managing and administering multiple forms of contracts operating as the nominated point of contact.
- Ability to engage and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficient with all Microsoft 365 Software Packages, including the capability to manage and manipulate large volumes of data in Excel, and preparation of Power Point presentations.
