    Location: Warwick
    Salary: £36,000 - £42,000 per annum
    Hours: Monday – Thursday 9:00am – 5:30pm and Friday 9:00am – 3:00pm

    Job Description:
    We are looking for a talented CNC Programmer and Operator to join the team. The successful candidate will be responsible for programming, setting up, and operating Hurco CNC machines to produce precision parts according to specifications. This role requires a keen eye for detail, excellent technical skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

    Responsibilities:
    • Set up and operate CNC machine to produce accurately machined components
    • Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments to ensure quality & efficiency
    • CNC Programming (Fusion 360) and setting
    • Proficiency in WinMax controls for Hurco 3-Axis CNC
    • Ability to handle material and equipment ordering
    • Provide suggestions for improving project management software and procedures
    • Report to management on QMS performance, improvement opportunities, change requirements, and innovations
    • Ensure customer focus and maintain QMS integrity
    • Comply with ISO9001:2015 QMS requirements
    Requirements:
    • Proven experience as a CNC Programmer and Operator in a manufacturing environment
    • Strong knowledge of machining techniques and materials
    • Excellent attention to detail and precision
    • Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure
    • Strong communication and teamwork skills
    • Must have experience in the following, Fusion 360, WinMax and Hurco
    We are looking for an individual with a willingness to learn and expand their skill set, training will be provided on the following:
    • 3D printing, assembly, and painting
    • Moulding (RIM)
    • Sheet metal fabrication
