- Work closely with the production team, holding weekly meetings to discuss stock arrivals and potential delays.
- Create and send weekly order reports to the retail buying team, keeping them informed of order statuses and estimated time of arrivals (ETAs).
- Order Processing: Input and process customer orders accurately using the company's order management system.
- Order Confirmation: Issue order confirmations to customers, verifying order details, pricing, and delivery information.
- Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels to ensure product availability for fulfilling orders.
