Duration: 12 months (with potential for extension)

Peterborough (Hybrid, 2 Site visits per month)

ASAP Hours: Full-time, 37 hours per week with flexible scheduling About the Role: The Graphic Designer will engage in a variety of projects across multiple media, utilizing advanced software programs to deliver high-quality graphic designs that align with our business objectives.

This role is critical in developing and maintaining our brand's voice through visually compelling content.


Responsibilities:
Design and produce innovative graphics, photographs, and videos that effectively communicate to targeted audiences. Maintain adherence to brand standards while incorporating feedback from management to meet organizational goals.

Collaborate with the marketing team to plan, draft project briefs, and execute designs, ensuring timely updates and communications with all stakeholders.

Oversee and update internal repositories for design, photography, and video assets. Manage external vendor relationships to enhance project outcomes.


Candidate Profile:
Minimum of three years of experience in graphic design, ideally within a creative or marketing agency. Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise across various visual communication media. Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop and Illustrator. Exceptional communication and collaboration skills. Proven ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.
