IT Support Engineer – Manchester - £30K

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT Support Engineer to join a growing organisation in Manchester. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to customers across the Greater Manchester region.

This role will predominantly be based on-site with customers in the area, there is a possibility of hybrid working as of when there are no requirements with the customers.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1-2 years of experience in a similar role and a strong understanding of networking, Windows and Linux operating systems. A bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred but not required.

You must have a driving license and access to your own vehicle.

In this role, you will:

Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, and in-person

Troubleshoot and resolve issues with client systems, networks, and applications

Maintain and update internal systems and infrastructure

Document technical solutions and create technical guides

Participate in on-call rotation to provide after-hours support
