    MISSION:

    The mission of the new HRIS Manager at QSRP is to lead the integration of recently established People processes onto a unified HR platform during a crucial phase of People transformation.

    This project, starting in mid-2024, entails a comprehensive role, requiring deep knowledge of HR processes and systems with a specific international focus on People Analytics, Compensation processes, and other relevant projects within the field of People management.

    POSITION MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:



    The resource will report to the Group Head of HR and collaborate with Local HR Teams, Local IT Teams, Central IT Teams, and Local operations leaders, managing the following aspects:
    • Evaluate HR technology needs, ensuring data accuracy, providing user support, and training staff on system usage.
    • Oversee the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of HR software and systems within the QSRP Group.
    • Collaborate with HR and IT teams to streamline processes.
    • Analyze HR data to support strategic decision-making and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
    • Conduct data analysis to derive insights and make strategic decisions related to business and workforce.
    • Collect, analyze, and interpret People data to identify trends, patterns, and correlations that can inform talent acquisition, employee retention, performance management, and overall HR strategies.
    • Collaborate with HR teams and other departments to create data-driven solutions that improve organizational effectiveness, productivity, and employee engagement.
    • Support and lead Group HR projects aimed at developing or updating processes.
    • Develop and handle Group Compensation processes, ensuring benefits policies are in line with the market.
    • Support HR teams on compensation issues and governance

    REQUIREMENTS

    • At least 5 years of HRIS projects implementations in all aspects (including design, governance, testing, change management, maintenance) in consulting or corporate positions with international exposure
    • At least 3 years in people analytics and compensation positions possibly supporting post merge integration phases
    • Deep Knowledge of SAP Success Factors is a plus
    • Fluent English, nice to have German / French / Italian
    • Customer / user oriented
    • Flexible, pragmatic, with trans-cultural sensitivity and very good communication skills
    • Project management
    • Technology savvy
    • Problem solving oriented
    • Frequent travelling when projects requiring it (local branches are currently based in Paris, Antwerp, Milan, Bremerhaven, Wien, Zug)
