CNC TurnerAlecto Recruitment is in partnership with an established Precision Engineering business based in Crewe who have an immediate requirement for an experienced CNC Turner to join their team on a permanent basis

Responsibilities:
Program, set and operate CNC lathes, ensuring precision machining of componentsUtilize your in-depth knowledge of Fanuc programming to program, edit, and optimize CNC machinesRead and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specificationsSelect appropriate cutting tools and materials for each jobConduct regular quality checks to ensure accuracy and adherence to specificationsTroubleshoot and resolve any programming or machine-related issuesCollaborate with team members to optimize production processes and efficiencyAdhere to safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work environmentRequirements:Extensive experience as a CNC Turner, specializing in Fanuc programmingProficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and blueprintsStrong knowledge of CNC machine operation, tooling selection, and setup proceduresExpertise in Fanuc programming language, including the ability to program, edit, and troubleshoot programsExperience using CMM would be advatageousAttention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality workSolid problem-solving skills to identify and resolve technical issuesExcellent communication and teamwork abilitiesKnowledge of safety protocols and adherence to best practices
