We trade to the UK and Worldwide to a range of customers seeking to purchase our bespoke products from interior designers, high-end retail and large commercialcustomers.

Our business has grown extensively over the last 10 years and now has become an internationally renowned company supplying beautiful products to over 50 different countries.

Our constantly evolving and expanding IT department requires additional support, leading to the recruitment of In-House IT Support.

You will be required to gain a basic understanding of all parts of the business and your visibility and presence across thebusiness will be critical to gaining the confidence of your colleagues.

The In-House IT Support will work alongside the IT Lead and support our 60 onsite employer users in the UK.


We would also be open to looking at individuals who are recent college or university leavers with some working experience ether through placements or work experience.

As the In-House IT Support, your key tasks will be as follows:

  • To gain an understanding of our current ERP System Epicor and the benefits it is currently providing across the different departments in the company.
  • Support members of staff when required and help train and develop their knowledge of Epicor.
  • Work alongside the IT supervisor on agreed projects, to deliver on time and in budget across all areas of the company.
  • Document your processes whilst working through projects to maintain a knowledge base for your work colleagues.
  • To be able to provide help when required on the company's website to be able to work alongside the Digital graphics designed when required.
  • As required assist with Elstead Group Companies, to support IT systems, process and functionality developing relationships with key stakeholders in these multinational businesses.
  • To perform maintenance on the servers when required.
  • Provide telephone and ticketing support for internal users.
  • Undertake any other reasonable tasks as required by the business.


The In-House IT Support function requires you to work Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5pm, offering a salary depending on experience, 28 days holiday inclusive of Bank Holidays, free parking and statutory pension scheme enrolment upon successful completion ofprobationary period.

This role is an office-based role with occasional options for home working.
