    The School is seeking to appoint, as soon as possible, an enthusiastic Trainee Hearing Impaired Teaching Assistant to compliment the work currently undertaken by the Centre for the Deaf. The skills required for the role include excellent communication and organisation, as well as being able to support in mainstream classes in a calm and professional manner. The right person will be accountable to the Head of Centre.

    The post will provide the successful applicant a full training package and the support necessary to learn BSL.Enthusiasm, hard work and a desire to work with students with a hearing impairment is essential.
