Reed HRare currently recruiting for a
Learning and Development Advisor to join our wonderful client in Chertsey on a full time, permanent basis.
Learning and Development Advisor responsibilities:
- Design, manage & deliver welcome events, ensuring an inspiring and innovative beginning to the employee lifecycle
- Deliver regular onsite and virtual training sessions & coaching to staff
- Support the launch of new products by developing relevant learning interventions
- Identifying learning needs across the organisation and updating the L&D Manager monthly
- Produce quarterly training plans for assigned locations, planning relevant service, product and systems training
- Maintain & manage all related learning records, reports, and communications
- Support the opening of new sites, through the management & delivery of training & induction plans
Essential Attributes:
- High level of IT and keyboard skills, use of spreadsheets and systems administration
- Strong customer service
- Learning cycle and other learning concepts
- Learning styles and behaviours
- Evaluation processes
- Understand equality, diversity, and inclusion in respect for others and be committed to these issues
- Understanding of health, safety, and welfare
- High level of data protection, security and confidentiality awareness
- CIPD qualified not essential but preferred
