Reed HRare currently recruiting for a
Learning and Development Advisor to join our wonderful client in Chertsey on a full time, permanent basis.


Learning and Development Advisor responsibilities:


  • Design, manage & deliver welcome events, ensuring an inspiring and innovative beginning to the employee lifecycle
  • Deliver regular onsite and virtual training sessions & coaching to staff
  • Support the launch of new products by developing relevant learning interventions
  • Identifying learning needs across the organisation and updating the L&D Manager monthly
  • Produce quarterly training plans for assigned locations, planning relevant service, product and systems training
  • Maintain & manage all related learning records, reports, and communications
  • Support the opening of new sites, through the management & delivery of training & induction plans

Essential Attributes:

  • High level of IT and keyboard skills, use of spreadsheets and systems administration
  • Strong customer service
  • Learning cycle and other learning concepts
  • Learning styles and behaviours
  • Evaluation processes
  • Understand equality, diversity, and inclusion in respect for others and be committed to these issues
  • Understanding of health, safety, and welfare
  • High level of data protection, security and confidentiality awareness
  • CIPD qualified not essential but preferred
