from £10.75 per hour and £79 sleep in rate (higher rates of pay for staff with RQF Level 3) which equates to an average salary of £28,025 per year

Novalis Trust is a progressive charity working with children and adults with Neurodevelopmental Difficulties many of whom have had Adverse Childhood Experiences.

Adult Support Worker role is based at Paradise House, a residential home for people aged 18-65.

Adult Activities Coordinators have a crucial role at Paradise House

  • Supporting residents to engage in activities, build skills and enabling them to live purposeful, happy and independent lives
  • Accessing community activities and services

What are we looking for:

  • Some experience of working with people in a personcentred way is desirable but not essential.
  • An ability to adapt your approach to individual needs and come up with creative solutions to overcome challenges will also help
  • Creative, kind, caring, adaptable and reliable
