    Description

    The Role

    We are recruiting a Human Resources Business Partner to be part of the newly established Independent Commission for Reconciliation and Information Recovery (ICRIR).

    Reporting to the Head of Culture and Capability, you will be responsible for forging productive relationships with relevant senior leadership teams, helping translate our business priorities and strategy into a coherent people agenda. Working alongside the Senior Leadership Team, you will design and deliver tailored HR interventions to ensure high quality standards in leadership, people management, organisational design and development, change management and workforce strategy.

    You will work closely with colleagues across ICRIR to provide business insight to improve HR processes, systems and the service the team provides to teams across the organisation. You will need to be a credible HR professional with the ability to establish quality relationships.     Key Responsibilities

    • Key responsibilities of the role include (but are not limited to) HR business partnering, learning and development, talent management, organisational culture, and employee engagement.

      Your work will involve:
      • advising on and delivering talent management, helping us build capability through talent reviews, performance validation processes and capability plans.
      • engaging senior leaders to identify, track and address people-related issues and risks.
      • proactively planning and advising on effective change management in the HR space.
      • collaborating across teams to develop effective diversity and inclusion initiatives that will enable the ICRIR to flourish with a diverse and engaged workforce.
      • supporting senior leaders to plan employee engagement interventions that will drive increased capability and performance.
      • supporting to developing a People Strategy to support delivery against ICRIR priorities.
      • acting as the HR business partner for the team, working with senior leaders to support them in role modelling our culture and values.

        Location:

        Our main operational base will be Belfast, with an operational site in London. Staff are split across both the London and Belfast Offices; therefore, regular travel will be required as will regular attendance in the office. You may also work from your home address, in line with the Commission's approach on hybrid working and with the agreement of your line manager.

        Working Pattern:

        Full Time, part time and flexible working. The role may include occasional out-of-core-hours working.

        Contract Type:

        This role is offered on a permanent contract. Secondment arrangements from other organisations will also be considered, including employer pension contributions.

        Security Level:

        Willingness to be assessed against the requirements for CTC clearance, if not already cleared.
