    Job DescriptionTo provide administrative and process support to the Operations team to achieve high service standards and drive performance of our residential rental portfolio, including all aspects of new development set up and housing management processes, including site visits.

    The role holder will support the Mobilisation Manager and Operations Manager to ensure accurate, timely and organised set up and on-going management of our property portfolio.

    Supporting with housing development monitoring, building and maintaining a complete record of property details, liaison with housebuilders and liaison with our appointed letting and management agents.


    What you will be doing:


    Support the Operations and Mobilisation Managers with coordination of key processes involved with the setting up of new developments, liaising with housebuilder / developer partners, insurance brokers and managing agent partners, facilitating the smooth running of our growing property portfolio.

    Organising, attending and taking minutes at meetings, processing invoices and compiling reports, to provide effective administrative support for the mobilisation and operational functions of our housing management team.

    Update and maintain our Asset Management database, to ensure accuracy and completeness of records.

    Support the Mobilisation Manager with coordinating property handovers during the lease up phase of active developments, to ensure homes are ready for occupation and income is maximised.

    Manage the collection and verification of sustainability and social impact data, to enable adherence with internal reporting requirements and monitoring of portfolio ESG performance.

    Coordinate the procurement of homes specification fixture and fittings including sourcing, contract placement and managing relationships with key suppliers for the improvement of our product delivery.

    Review the performance of products and the service provided to customers to ensure that expected and acceptable standards are achieved.

    QualificationsA-Level or equivalent educated, or equivalent experience.
    Good IT literacy, with experience in using data management systems, Microsoft office suite and customer facing tech solutions.
    Excellent interpersonal skills and relationship building.
    Strong organisation skillsExperience in busy, team working environments.
    Experience working with software systems; data input, data cleansing and reporting.
    Track record of developing effective working relationships and supporting multiple colleagues.
    Experienced in formatting and producing presentation documents and reports.
