A varied administrative role, this temp to perm post is starting immediately. Working within a very friendly team orientated environment based fully on site.Any previous admin experience would be useful however the role leans towards figures so you do need to enjoy a role with a fair amount of numeric content.
Job Profile:
Administrative role working alongside a colleague to manage the invoicing function.
Responsibilities include:
- Regularly returning to the engineer for clarification on products required (there is a fair amount of technical detail and sometimes need clarification on what it means).
- Investigating queries passed from credit control. Liaising between credit control and the engineers to resolve the customer query.
- General administrative tasks such as correct information on Excel spreadsheets relating to area codes, tidying up the database etc.
- Excel use requires an intermediate level of knowledge; you will be using filters but nothing too difficult.
- Producing reports at a later stage, when fully trained.
- Working alongside another colleague on the invoice team.
Key Skills and Qualities:
- Ideally some experience within an administrative environment
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, in particular Word, Excel and Outlook
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good telephone manner with the ability to build rapport
- Seeking a temp to perm role
- Enjoys figure work
Hours:8.30am to 5pm Mon to Fri with 45 minutes lunch
Salary:
£11.87 per hour
