    International FP&A Business Partner

    The International FP&A Business Partner position is responsible for coordinating the financial planning, analysis, and reporting activities across the international region. The role acts as the key FP&A business partner to the regional finance management teams of business units in over 30 countries, as well as the executive global leadership team, making it a highly visible role within the company.

    Reporting to the International FP&A Director, this position will support monthly P&L analysis, annual budgets, periodic forecasts (incl. cash flow forecasts), providing variance analysis and commentary, as well as closely partnering with both senior finance management as well as frontline regional finance management teams to ensure all critical inputs are delivered timely to feed into the International financial planning and analysis cycle.

    Other duties/responsibilities include:

  • Managing the month end process, including preparing, analysing, and reporting monthly results and other financial reports to Senior Finance Management, with commentary on current business performance, including key drivers of variances to budget, forecast and prior year actuals.
  • Participate in monthly close calls to ensure clear understanding of close results position.
  • Support in the preparation and consolidation of annual budgets and forecasts for senior leadership review, involvement in strategic planning exercises and a clear understanding of keys assumptions and drivers.
  • Produce weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reports in collaboration with regional finance teams.
  • Produce analysis and monthly reporting on working capital management for senior finance management review.
  • Utilise, manage, and become an expert on SAP and BPC budgeting system and reporting suite.
  • Partner with regional finance and operations teams to support their requirements.
  • Support the business with any requests from senior finance management and the group.
  • Take a pro-active approach to identify and drive process and report improvements, including data quality, governance, and creation of new reports.
  • Respond to requests for financial information from internal colleagues and external parties (auditors, shareholders, financial institutions, etc)
  • Participate in various ad hoc projects as required.
  • You will have/will be:

  • A qualified Accountant (CIMA / ACCA / ACA), part-qualified will be considered depending on experience.
  • Experience of financial planning & analysis in a complex organisation
  • SAP, BPC reporting experience is preferred
  • Excellent MS Excel skills
  • Highly analytical with excellent attention to detail
  • Proactive and highly organised
  • Strong inter-personal, communication and influencing skills
  • Ability to build strong stakeholder relationships
  • Ability to respond to changing demands and can prioritise work effectively
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
