Description

This opportunity will allow the right individual to perform monthly analysis of project costs to ensure monthly results are accurate, to manage the accounting transactions and workload on a day to day basis in a timely manner.


Responsibilities (not limited to):


  • Assist to review of accounting entries and account reconciliations
  • Raise and process invoices in relation to recharges and sales invoices
  • Complete to monthend close & accruals and monthend close analysis
  • Assist to preparation of the annual budget monthly forecasts
  • Assist to establish and maintain accounting policies and controls
  • Run KP7 data on required deadlines
  • Summit Statistical data to deadline
  • Monthly reconciliations relating to Balance sheet accounts
  • Monthly VAT returns to be completed to deadline
  • Provide adhoc assistance

Essential:


  • AAT Qualification desired or working towards.
  • 12 years' experience in a financial role
  • Computer literate advanced MS Excel skills MUST
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Analytical and problemsolving approach to work
